Online Payment Bookings Terms and Conditions

Payment Methods and Processing:
Accepted Payment Methods: 
Visa, Mastercard and American Express
Currency and Pricing:
All prices are displayed as $AUD inclusive of any taxes applicable
Payment Timing:
Payments are processed at the time of booking or on arrival if not booked in advance
Payment Security:
Explain how payment information is secured via third-party payment processor
Fees and Charges:
A 1.5% transaction fee applies for all card Payments
Cancellation fees may apply
Payment Disputes:
If there has been an issue with your payment please email info@tennissydney.org.au

Booking and Cancellation Policies

Booking Confirmation: Booking is confirmed via email)

Cancellation Terms: If user cancels booking, credit will be added to member account
Refunds: Refunds will be issued 7 days post agreement that a refund is required 
No-shows: If you are unable to attend your booked session you have up to 24 hours before the scheduled start to request a refund. If after that time any refund will be at the discretion of the Tennis Sydney Committee 
Changes to Bookings: If your booking needs to be modified please email info@tennissydney.org.au 

Liability and Responsibility

User Responsibility:
It is the user's responsibility for maintaining account security, providing accurate information, and adhering to the T&C. Tennis Sydney will not be responsible for any event or loss associated caused by user not maintaining security or adhering to the T&C

General Terms

Governing Law: 


T&C are governed by elevate laws in New South Wales, Australia

Severability:
If any part of the T&C is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will still be in effect. 

Entire Agreement:
The T&C constitute the entire agreement between the user and the booking system provider.
