Cancellation Policy

Pre-registration is free and does not guarantee a place in the main draw. Due to limited court capacity, each Challenge (division) has a maximum number of players. Main draw spots are allocated in the order pre-registrations are received within each Challenge (division). Once a Challenge is full, additional players will be placed on the waitlist. Players who secure a main draw spot will receive a payment invitation by email. Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the invitation to confirm your place. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the invitation may be withdrawn and the spot will be offered to the next player on the waitlist. Only players who have completed payment will be confirmed in the main draw. We recommend pre-registering as early as possible to maximise your chance of securing a place in your preferred Challenge.
