Cancellation Policy

- Your entry is confirmed only once full payment has been received. - Full refund available until Friday, 21 August 2026. - No refunds will be issued after the refund deadline, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Tennis Sydney. - Entries may be transferred to the waitlist if the event is full. - If the tournament is cancelled by Tennis Sydney, a full refund will be provided. - The tournament format, schedule and draw may be adjusted depending on entry numbers or unforeseen circumstances.
